School hours are from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
The Keystone Academy also provides both before school and after school care to students. After school programs provide an opportunity for students to participate in various extracurricular and therapeutic activities.
Throughout the year Keystone also offers Intersession Breaks. These are optional segments of one or two weeks where typical school is out of session and parents/students are given the option between vacation at home and extracurricular and educational enhancement activities chosen to directly supplement curriculum. Examples of past Intersession classes include Sensory Gym, Surf/Swim Camp, Gardening Group, Social Skills, Language Builders, Fun with Animals, and Cooking Class. Many field trips are scheduled during intersessions and these activities are favorites with our students. Intersession schedules enjoy shorter days (10:00am-3:00pm) and a higher teacher to student ratio than during the typical school year. Each Intersession is different and detailed class and cultural enrichment information is made available to parents as each as Intersession approaches.
